Hello! I'm Lethe, and I decided to theme my portfolio around a theoretical campaign advertizing geckos, you know, the animal. I choose this to give my portfolio a sense of coherency and direction, to show that I'm capable of such a thing, and to give myself some form of parameters to work within making it easier to decide what work I wanted in my portfolio.
I went with geckos specifically because they're not considered particularly cute nor are they commonly the subject of fear. In short, they don't have many negative or positive conotations to the general population, making them a good subject. It would feel a bit silly and redundant to convince people that cats or dogs are cool, most people already agree on that point!
